The Kconfig symbol ARM_QCOM_SPM_CPUIDLE wildly selects other
Kconfig symbols when it should not.
This causes kconfig warnings and subsequent build errors,
as listed below, so modify this symbol's Kconfig entry to
constrain and tame it.
