doc: Update rcu_dereference.rst reference

Changeset b00aedf978aa ("doc: Convert to rcu_dereference.txt to rcu_dereference.rst")
renamed: Documentation/RCU/rcu_dereference.txt
to: Documentation/RCU/rcu_dereference.rst.

Update its cross-reference accordingly.
