Subject: sound fixes for 4.16-rc5
Date: Fri, 09 Mar 2018 12:24:59 +0100	[thread overview]
Message-ID: <s5hy3j15w50.wl-tiwai@suse.de> (raw)

Linus,

please pull sound fixes for v4.16-rc5 from:

  git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/tiwai/sound.git tags/sound-4.16-rc5

The topmost commit is 099fd6ca0ad25bc19c5ade2ea4b25b8fadaa11b3

----------------------------------------------------------------

sound fixes for 4.16-rc5

Two type of fixes:

- The usual stuff, a handful HD-audio quirks for various machines

- Further hardening against ALSA sequencer ioctl/write races that
  are triggered by fuzzer

----------------------------------------------------------------

Benjamin Berg (1):
ALSA: hda/realtek: Limit mic boost on T480

Dennis Wassenberg (3):
ALSA: hda/realtek - Make dock sound work on ThinkPad L570
ALSA: hda: add dock and led support for HP EliteBook 820 G3
ALSA: hda: add dock and led support for HP ProBook 640 G2

Hui Wang (1):
ALSA: hda - Fix a wrong FIXUP for alc289 on Dell machines

Kailang Yang (2):
ALSA: hda/realtek - Add support headset mode for DELL WYSE
ALSA: hda/realtek - Add headset mode support for Dell laptop

Takashi Iwai (4):
ALSA: hda/realtek - Fix dock line-out volume on Dell Precision 7520
ALSA: seq: Don't allow resizing pool in use
ALSA: seq: More protection for concurrent write and ioctl races
ALSA: seq: Remove superfluous snd_seq_queue_client_leave_cells() call
