And it happens to be missing an extra-change in Makefile :)

-fsdev/virtfs-proxy-helper$(EXESUF): LIBS += -lcap
+fsdev/virtfs-proxy-helper$(EXESUF): LIBS += -lcap-ng

I've fixed this up in my tree.
