Subject: [PATCH v4 1/4] dt: device tree bindings for LPDDR2 memories
Date: Fri, 29 Jun 2012 19:13:24 +0530	[thread overview]
Message-ID: <1340977407-7594-2-git-send-email-santosh.shilimkar@ti.com> (raw)
In-Reply-To: <1340977407-7594-1-git-send-email-santosh.shilimkar@ti.com>

From: Aneesh V <aneesh@ti.com>

device tree bindings for LPDDR2 SDRAM memories compliant
to JESD209-2 standard.

The 'lpddr2' binding in-turn uses another binding 'lpddr2-timings'
for specifying the AC timing parameters of the memory device at
different speed-bins.
