Subject: [PATCH 03/24] drm/i915: Pin backing pages for pwrite
Date: Thu, 30 Aug 2012 16:30:58 +0100	[thread overview]
Message-ID: <1346340679-7699-4-git-send-email-chris@chris-wilson.co.uk> (raw)
In-Reply-To: <1346340679-7699-1-git-send-email-chris@chris-wilson.co.uk>

By using the recently introduced pinning of pages, we can safely drop
the mutex in the knowledge that the pages are not going to disappear
beneath us, and so we can simplify the code for iterating over the pages.
