Hook up all devices that are part of the CPG/MSTP Clock Domain to the
SYSC "always-on" PM Domain, for a more consistent device-power-area
description in DT.

Hook up all devices that are part of the CPG/MSTP Clock Domain to the
SYSC "always-on" PM Domain, for a more consistent device-power-area
description in DT.
