This is run like:

	./watch_test

and watches "/" for changes to the mount topology and the attributes of
individual mount objects.

	# mount -t tmpfs none /mnt
	# mount -o remount,ro /mnt
	# mount -o remount,rw /mnt

producing:

	# ./watch_test
