RZ/G1H (r8a7742) SoC.

Hi All,

This patch is part of series [1] ("RZ/G1H describe I2C, IIC, MMC0, SATA,
AVB, RWDT and APMU nodes") as rest of the patches have been acked/reviewed
just re-sending this alone patch.
