Fix the following coccicheck warnings:

./tools/testing/selftests/bpf/xdpxceiver.c:954:28-30: WARNING !A || A &&
B is equivalent to !A || B.

./tools/testing/selftests/bpf/xdpxceiver.c:932:28-30: WARNING !A || A &&
B is equivalent to !A || B.

./tools/testing/selftests/bpf/xdpxceiver.c:909:28-30: WARNING !A || A &&
B is equivalent to !A || B.
