Invoke a common routine for releasing hardware resources (for
example, invalidating MRs). This needs to be done whether an
RPC Reply has arrived or the RPC was terminated early.

Invoke a common routine for releasing hardware resources (for
example, invalidating MRs). This needs to be done whether an
RPC Reply has arrived or the RPC was terminated early.
