A few more MIPS fixes for 4.20:

 - Fix mips_get_syscall_arg() to operate on the task specified when
   detecting o32 tasks running on MIPS64 kernels.

 - Fix some incorrect GPIO pin muxing for the MT7620 SoC.

 - Update the linux-mips mailing list address.
