Subject: [PATCH 2/6] x86/hyper-v: Drop HV_X64_CONFIGURE_PROFILER definition
Date: Thu, 6 Dec 2018 17:58:21 +0100 [thread overview]
Message-ID: <20181206165825.1832-3-vkuznets@redhat.com> (raw)
In-Reply-To: <20181206165825.1832-1-vkuznets@redhat.com>
BIT(13) in HYPERV_CPUID_FEATURES.EBX is described as "ConfigureProfiler" in
TLFS v4.0 but starting 5.0 it is replaced with 'Reserved'. As we don't
currently us it in kernel it can just be dropped.
