ext4 and f2fs have duplicated the guts of the readahead code so
they can read past i_size.  Instead, separate out the guts of the
readahead code so they can call it directly.

ext4 and f2fs have duplicated the guts of the readahead code so
they can read past i_size.  Instead, separate out the guts of the
readahead code so they can call it directly.
