The board has both MACs routed out, enable the EQOS.

    - Move eqos and pinmux entries from imx8mp-phycore-som.dtsi to
      imx8mp-phyboard-pollux-rdk.dts, because the PHY is populated
      on the baseboard, not on the SoM.
