Add '/' prefix to clarify that the generated files exist right under
scripts/kconfig/, but not in the sub-directories.
Replace '*conf-cfg' with '[gmnq]conf-cfg' to make it explicit, but
still short.
Use '[gmnq]conf' to combine gconf, mconf, nconf, and qconf.
