We extend virt machine to emulate AIA APLIC devices only when
"aia=aplic" parameter is passed along with machine name in QEMU
command-line. When "aia=none" or not specified then we fallback
to original PLIC device emulation.

We extend virt machine to emulate AIA APLIC devices only when
"aia=aplic" parameter is passed along with machine name in QEMU
command-line. When "aia=none" or not specified then we fallback
to original PLIC device emulation.
