Subject: [PATCH v2] trace-cruncher: Remove "register" from k(ret)probe APIs

In order to be consistent with the other trace-cruncher APIs for dynamic
events, renamed these APIs:
	register_kprobe to kprobe
	register_kretprobe to kretprobe
