Subject: [PATCH v4] USB: storage: karma: fix rio_karma_init return
Date: Tue, 12 Apr 2022 22:43:59 +0800 [thread overview]
Message-ID: <20220412144359.28447-1-linma@zju.edu.cn> (raw)
The function rio_karam_init() should return -ENOMEM instead of
value 0 (USB_STOR_TRANSPORT_GOOD) when allocation fails.
Similarly, it should return -EIO when rio_karma_send_command() fails.
Cc: stable@vger.kernel.org
Fixes: dfe0d3ba20e8 ("USB Storage: add rio karma eject support")
Signed-off-by: Lin Ma <linma@zju.edu.cn>
Acked-by: Alan Stern <stern@rowland.harvard.edu>

V3 -> V4: fix spelling mistake: Simlarly -> Similarly
V2 -> V3: add Acked-by: Alan Stern <stern@rowland.harvard.edu>
V1 -> V2: add Cc: stable@vger.kernel.org
V0 -> V1: use -ENOMEM rather than USB_STOR_TRANSPORT_ERROR;
take care of rio_karma_send_command() too
