Add drm ovl_adaptor sub driver. Bring up ovl_adaptor sub driver if
the component exists in the path.

Add drm ovl_adaptor sub driver. Bring up ovl_adaptor sub driver if
the component exists in the path.

Add drm ovl_adaptor sub driver. Bring up ovl_adaptor sub driver if
the component exists in the path.

Add drm ovl_adaptor sub driver. Bring up ovl_adaptor sub driver if
the component exists in the path.
