Change HEVC  stateless controls names to V4L2_CID_STATELESS_HEVC instead
of V4L2_CID_MPEG_VIDEO_HEVC be coherent with v4l2 naming convention.

Change HEVC  stateless controls names to V4L2_CID_STATELESS_HEVC instead
of V4L2_CID_MPEG_VIDEO_HEVC be coherent with v4l2 naming convention.

Change HEVC  stateless controls names to V4L2_CID_STATELESS_HEVC instead
of V4L2_CID_MPEG_VIDEO_HEVC be coherent with v4l2 naming convention.
