Add support for the Debix SOM A + SOM A I/O board. The commit enables
only the basic features like:
 - 2x UART
 - 2x Network
 - eMMC/µSD
 - CAN
 - QSPI
 - USB Host / Device

Add support for the Debix SOM A + SOM A I/O board. The commit enables
