Drop the local intel_dp_phy_name() function, and replace with
drm_dp_phy_name(). This lets us drop a number of local buffers.

Drop the local intel_dp_phy_name() function, and replace with
drm_dp_phy_name(). This lets us drop a number of local buffers.
