[PATCH 04/10 v7] fs: New helper legitimize_mntget() for getting a legitimize mnt

New helper legitimize_mntget for getting a mnt without setting
MNT_SYNC_UMOUNT | MNT_UMOUNT | MNT_DOOMED, otherwise return NULL.
