Subject: [PATCH] KVM: emulate lapic tsc deadline timer for hvm

This patch emulate lapic tsc deadline timer for hvm:
Enumerate tsc deadline timer capacibility by CPUID;
Enable tsc deadline timer mode by LAPIC MMIO;
Start tsc deadline timer by MSR;

Subject: [PATCH] KVM: emulate lapic tsc deadline timer for hvm

This patch emulate lapic tsc deadline timer for hvm:
Enumerate tsc deadline timer capacibility by CPUID;
Enable tsc deadline timer mode by LAPIC MMIO;
Start tsc deadline timer by MSR;
