Yes I am fighting with a broken setfiles so I make do as well
Also note the comment about `echo "-F" > /.autorelabel` below
But i see you're playing it safe by adding SELINUXTYPE=permissive and triggering an extra autorelabel on boot.
Anyhow i tested it to the best of my ability and I can confirm that it works for me if you:
