Subject: patch "iio: accel: adxl372: Fix push to buffers lost samples" added to staging-linus
Date: Thu, 10 Oct 2019 11:20:04 +0200	[thread overview]
Message-ID: <157069920469209@kroah.com> (raw)

This is a note to let you know that I've just added the patch titled

iio: accel: adxl372: Fix push to buffers lost samples

to my staging git tree which can be found at
    git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/gregkh/staging.git
in the staging-linus branch.

The patch will show up in the next release of the linux-next tree
(usually sometime within the next 24 hours during the week.)

The patch will hopefully also be merged in Linus's tree for the
next -rc kernel release.

If you have any questions about this process, please let me know.

Subject: iio: accel: adxl372: Fix push to buffers lost samples

One in two sample sets was lost by multiplying fifo_set_size with
sizeof(u16). Also, the double number of available samples were pushed to
the iio buffers.
