Subject: [PATCH 5.4 2/3] usb: hso: fix error handling code of hso_create_net_device
Date: Tue, 28 Sep 2021 16:15:22 +0300 [thread overview]
Message-ID: <20210928131523.2314252-3-ovidiu.panait@windriver.com> (raw)
In-Reply-To: <20210928131523.2314252-1-ovidiu.panait@windriver.com>
From: Dongliang Mu <mudongliangabcd@gmail.com>
commit a6ecfb39ba9d7316057cea823b196b734f6b18ca upstream.
The current error handling code of hso_create_net_device is
hso_free_net_device, no matter which errors lead to. For example,
WARNING in hso_free_net_device [1].
Fix this by refactoring the error handling code of
hso_create_net_device by handling different errors by different code.
