You can just bookmark https://lore.kernel.org/all/ and add it to your bookmark
bar for quick access.

I don't have an option to control this order right now -- this is just what
public-inbox chooses to do. I'm not sure alphabetic ordering would do much
difference, honestly. Just ctrl-f and start typing to find the link you want.
