Subject: pygrub detects false keypress on console

Hi all,
Testing on Xen 4.6.1 - and I've noticed that if I start an EL7 instance
and auto-attach to the console, that pygrub seems to see a key press and
waits.
Sometimes, I have to press ^] <cr> <cr> to make it actually boot.
The guest is EL7 with grub2 config file.
Started with:
# xl create /etc/xen/configfile.vm -c
I believe this behaviour was seen in the past - but had been fixed in -
maybe 4.5.x?
Has anyone else noticed this?
