The patch titled
     optional-zone_dma-in-the-vm-tidy
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     optional-zone_dma-in-the-vm-tidy.patch

This patch was dropped because it was folded into optional-zone_dma-in-the-vm.patch
