The patch titled
     edac-add-edac_device_alloc_index-cleanup
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     edac-add-edac_device_alloc_index-cleanup.patch

This patch was dropped because it was folded into edac-add-edac_device_alloc_index.patch

The current -mm tree may be found at http://userweb.kernel.org/~akpm/mmotm/
