Set up a readahead size by default.  This changes behavior for mtd,
ubifs, and vboxsf to actually enabled readahead, the lack of which
very much looks like an oversight.

Set up a readahead size by default.  This changes behavior for mtd,
ubifs, and vboxsf to actually enabled readahead, the lack of which
