The patch titled
     Subject: mm: make variable names for populate_vma_page_range() consistent
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mm-make-variable-names-for-populate_vma_page_range-consistent.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
