AAL, COLOR, CCORR, MUTEX, WDMA could be used by other modules,
such as MDP, so move their binding document into the common folder.

AAL, COLOR, CCORR, MUTEX, WDMA could be used by other modules,
such as MDP, so move their binding document into the common folder.
