Hey all,

It's release day and so here's v2022.04-rc2.  Much of what I had hoped
to see come in by now has, but there's still at least one more iMX PR to
go and we'll see where everything is after that.  There's a few other
sets of platform updates to come in, and then I think some cleanup
series and so forth that have been around for a while I'll take in to
-next when I open it, which is not yet.

In terms of a changelog, 
git log --merges v2022.04-rc1..v2022.04-rc2
contains what I've pulled but as always, better PR messages and tags
will provide better results here.

So we're now looking at regular releases every other Monday, and with
final release on April 4th, 2022.  Thanks all!
