Use ATTRIBUTE_GROUPS macro and devm_hwmon_device_register_with_groups() to
simplify the code a bit.

I would be happy to apply this patch, as it removes a lot of code, but I can not test it.
This really needs a Tested-by: for me to feel comfortable with it.
