Sure, rationale is good, but it needs to be explained in commit msg.
Otherwise you state that you just "convert" but it's not a simple
conversion. The meaning is changed.

Sure, rationale is good, but it needs to be explained in commit msg.
Otherwise you state that you just "convert" but it's not a simple
conversion. The meaning is changed.
