[cip-dev] Create development branch for 4.19.y

Hi,all.

I created the development branch of CIP kernel for 4.19.y on git.kernel.org.
  https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/cip/linux-cip.git/log/?h=linux-4.19.y-cip

If you have a patch for CIP kernel 4.19.y, please post it on the base.

I've started to work on the -rt flavor CIP tree and imported the 
corresponding preempt-rt patches. Before I can upload the cip-rt patches 
I need a tag to base it on. Wouldn't you mind to add a -cip1 tag now?

Ignore it. Just realize the is the v4.19.13-cip1 tag I was looking for. 
Hmm, maybe be my local tree was not up to date.

Our e-mails seem to have crossed each other.

I was pushing the wrong tag, and I updated the v4.19.13-cip1 tag.
If v4.19.13-cip1 is not c312fd1d432e36f9012127fe3c1d2b7023afae48,
please delete v4.19.13-cip1 and git pull again, sorry.

Could it be that the commit is missing on the branch? I see the tag but 
the branch doesn't have it (git pull).

Oh, sorry. I just updated linux-4.19.y-cip branch on git.kernel.org.

Great, looks all good. I'll push my initial import of the preempt-rt
patches soon.
