[cip-dev] Postpone scheduled release

Hi,

This friday was the regular release date for 4.4.y-cip and 4.19.y-cip.
However, because LAVA have a problem, we are currently unable to test for
Kernel.
Therefore, we postpone the release. As soon as the LAVA's problem is fixed,
we will begin the release.

LAVA is now fixed. Sorry for the delay.
