This "shared" phy doesn't appear in patch 3 (bindings) !

Not sure it's the best way to do this, maybe you could chain the MIPI
phy from the PCIE phy instead, so it's the PCIE phy to enable/power/reset the
MIPI PHY instead of the PCIe driver.

But still, here you don't really model the MIPI PHY, it uses way more than
a register in HHI... so at least you should add all the resources needed
if you wanted to model a true MIPI PHY. i.e. MIPI PHY registers, clocks, resets
& co if you want to model the MIPI PHY as is.
