Maybe LOOKUP_NOCACHE_NEGATIVE...

And yeah, LOOKUP_POSITIVE and LOOKUP_CACHE_POSITIVE are sort of
meaningless, since we cache everything by default.

"DONTCACHE" is the terminaology we've used for telling the inode
cache not to cache inodes....
