The long overdue ima-evm-utils v1.2 was released last Thursday. (An
"annotated" tag was created today, replacing the previous tag.) The
v1.2 release contained a number of new features, bug fixes, and code
cleanup. For a detailed list, refer to the Changelog. This v1.2.1
release contains a few additional bug fixes.
