At the time of NV16 capture format, the user has to specify the
capture output width of the multiple of 32 for H/W specification.
At the time of using NV16 format by ioctl of VIDIOC_S_FMT,
this patch adds align check and the error handling to forbid
specification of the capture output width which is not a multiple of 32.

Here and also in the subject - what do you mean by "scaling-up?" Do you 
really mean increasing sizes, i.e. scaling from smaller sizes to larger 
ones? Is down-scaling not supported? Maybe someone with a better English 
knowledge, then myself, could advise - is "add scaling-up support" ok or 
would "add up-scaling support" or, if we don't really mean increasing, 
just "add scaling support" be better?

Kaneko-san, Matsuoka-san, could you please have a look at this version of 
this your patch? Are my changes to it ok? Also, please test this my 
branch:

before I push it to Mauro. Patches applied more or less cleanly, and there 
don't seem to be any functional dependencies, that I might have broken, 
the driver compiles with no warnings, still, would be good if you could 
test it! Otherwise waiting for updates for other your patches! Patch 
"rcar_vin: Add BT.709 24-bit RGB888 input support" is also marked "Ok" by 
me, but I couldn't push it yet, because it depends on other patches, that 
have to be updated.
