Hello,
It's been a while since we released v4l-utils 1.18. How about a 1.20
release?
Do you have anything that should go in before?
Thanks,
Greor

Nothing pending from my side. Releasing a new version is a good idea.

Hans

There is nothing from me. There are few patches on the list from Rosen Penev,
cleaning up various stuff found with clang.
Otherwise I guess there is the meson build system, but I don't know how far
out that is.
Thanks,
Sean

Ah yes, let me look at those first. I'll do that today.

Agreed with Hans, the meson build system support in not complete yet and
needs to be properly tested.

I have two more series to send.
One of the previous patches introduced a regression where it cannot be
compiled with C++98 (no std::lround).

meson is pretty useful as far as running clang-tidy is concerned.
Otherwise, it works fine.

After fixing the build problems on Ubuntu 16.04 and also some "make
dist" issues I finally found time to release v4l-utils 1.20.0 today.
The Debian package has been uploaded and the change should also land in
Ubuntu Groovy within the next days.
I'll also update the v4l-utils stable Ubuntu PPA with the new versions:
https://launchpad.net/~libv4l/+archive/ubuntu/stable
Thanks,
Gregor
