Richtek RT1711H Type-C chip driver that works with
Type-C Port Controller Manager to provide USB PD and

Add definition of TCPC_CC_STATUS_TOGGLING.

You will need to have the bindings reviewed. I would suggest to get that started.
Otherwise you might end up having to change the bindings in the code later on.
