Hi All!

Here goes the second patch which should complete
the Quota Hash Abstraction (at least regarding
super_block and sb references)

added the locking and included the trivial fix.

attached a interdiff between 0.04 and 0.05 as
well as the new 0.05 patch (for 2.4.22-pre6).
