The patch titled
Subject: ocfs2: no need flush workqueue before destroying it
has been removed from the -mm tree. Its filename was
ocfs2-no-need-flush-workqueue-before-destroying-it.patch
This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
