The patch titled
     Subject: mm-hugetlb-free-the-2nd-vmemmap-page-associated-with-each-hugetlb-page-fix
has been added to the -mm tree.  Its filename is
     mm-hugetlb-free-the-2nd-vmemmap-page-associated-with-each-hugetlb-page-fix.patch

This patch should soon appear at
