The req operation REQ_OP is separated from the rq_flag_bits
definition. This converts the block layer drivers to
use req_op to get the op from the request struct.

The req operation REQ_OP is separated from the rq_flag_bits
definition. This converts the block layer drivers to
use req_op to get the op from the request struct.
